We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The Officer will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions, and following up on outstanding invoices. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the financial stability of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Invoice Management: Ensuring invoice accuracy and compliance with company policies.
2) Payment Tracking: Monitor and record incoming payments, and reconcile payments with invoices.
3) Collections: Follow up on outstanding customer balances and coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment issues.
4) Reporting: Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports to assess the status of customer accounts and provide insights to the finance team
5) Documentation: Keep thorough and organized records of all accounts receivable transactions.
6) Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and payment arrangements.
7) Prepare cheques, payment voucher, and other clerical task assigned from time to time
8) Handling Petty Cash
9) Any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
