- Menguruskan Kontrak Pembekalan Stok, Termasuk Penyediaan Dan Pemantauan Perjanjian Kontrak
- Mengembangkan Strategi Jangka Panjang Untuk Pengurusan Stok Termasuk Penetapan Kadar Pusing Stok Yang Optimal Dan Pemilihan Model Persediaan Yang Sesuai
- Menyelenggara Dan Melaksanakan Sistem Pengurusan Stok Baru Atau Meningkatkan Sistem Sedia Ada Untuk Meningkatkan Efisiensi
- Melaksanakan Penilaian Risiko Berkaitan Dengan Operasi Stok Inventori Dan Merancang Strategi Untuk Mengurangkan Risiko
- Komunikasi Dalam Pasukan Dan Jabatan Lain Untuk Memastikan Kelancaran Proses Kerja
- Menyusun Dan Merancang Jadual Kerja Dan Mencari Inisiatif Untuk Memastikan Proses Kerja Department Lebih Baik Dan efektif
- Mengenalpasti Dan Mencari Penyelesaian Untuk Setiap Masalah Yang Dihadapi Dalam Department
- Memastikan Pematuhan Dengan Undang-Undnag Kewangan Dan Peraturan Yang Berkaitan Dengan Pengurusan Stok
- Menjalankan Audit Bulanan Untuk Memastikan Ketepatan Stok Sedia Ada
- Menganalisis Trend Dalam Pasaran Untuk Mengenal Pasti Sebarang Isu Atau Perkara Yang Berpotensi Untuk Penambahbaikan
- Menyertai Sesi Latihan/Bengkel Untuk Meningkatkan Kemahiran Dan Pengetahuan Yang Berkaitan Pengurusan StokMematuhi Sop Kerja Dan Prosedur Keselamatan Sepanjang Proses Kerja Dijalankan
- Melakukan Ad Hoc Task Yang Ditugaskan Dari Semasa Ke Semasa (Tugas Yang Tidak Melanggar Akata Pekerja 1951)

Syarat-syarat:

- Mahir dalam komputer
- Berumur 18 -38 tahun
- Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya 2-3 tahun pengalaman bekerja dalam kewangan terutama dalm pengurusan stok dan inventori
- Berkebolehan dalam pengurusan stok dan menganalisis data kewangan dan inventori
- Kontrak selama 3 bulan dan akan disahkan sebagai pekerja tetap jika prestasi memuaskan
