Responsibilities:
1. Extraction of Specific Fields/Data:
a. Extract specific information from scanned paper-based documents in PDF (such as contracts, and other paperwork).
b. Review and verify documentation against company standards/guidelines.

2. Data Entry into an Excel Master Tracker:
a. Enter the extract data into an Excel spreadsheet (the master tracker). Each row in the spreadsheet corresponds to a document, and columns represent different fields.
b. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail, which are crucial during data entry.
c. Maintain a systematic filing / storing system.
d. Compile data and generate reports.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification SPM with 2 years experience in data entry/document management/office management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with the Oracle system
- Good command of English (written and spoken
- Good interpersonal skill
- Able to work efficiently.
- Diligent and detailed

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
