**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Managing various HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and general office operations
- Ensure all relevant daily HR operation are in compliance with company rules & regulation as well as government requirements
- Process month end payroll in compliance with company and government policy
- Staff training & development monitoring
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans
- Manage general office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Submission of monthly statutory report, ie. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax and etc
- Filling documents and prepare slide for any meetings
- Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, document preparation, and record keeping

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma/Bachelor in Human Resource/Administration or any other related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experiences
- Ability to work according to strict deadlines
- Able to work extra time & multitask

**URGENT HIRING**
