~Record staff leave & reconcile with thumbprint timesheet.
- ~Generate staff attendance weekly & monthly report.
- ~Process all employees visit panel clinic form, prepare medical check up for staff and recruitment and also staff advance.
- ~Responsible company motor vehicle insurance renewal, company licenses & foreign worker permit renewal.
- ~Prepare all general correspondences.
- ~Perform office administration function, including sourcing, purchasing and maintenance of office stationery, office equipment, pantry item and office premise.
- ~Maintain company profile.
- ~Manage the recruitment process in line with business needs.
- ~Liaise with local authorities in regards to all statutory regulations and all labor-related matter (optional)
- ~Handles foreign workers' issue in terms of disciplinary complaints & grievances.
- ~Supervise office administration duties and ensure cost control in all areas of administration.
- ~ Perform other ad-hoc task/ events pertaining to Human Resources and general administrative duties assign from superior.
- ~Able to work independently, multitask and under pressure.
- ~Able to handle payroll software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources Payroll: 5 years (preferred)
- HR Generalist: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)

License/Certification:

- License B2,D (preferred)
