Create accurate invoices for transportation and logistics services provided by the company.
- Enter billing information into the system and organize documents like bills of lading and delivery receipts.
- Verify service rates and calculate charges based on factors like distance and weight.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues courteously and promptly.
- Ensure billing records match shipping documents and reconcile accounts receivable.
- Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on late payments, and assist with collections.
- Help prepare billing reports and summaries for management review.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
