**Responsibilities**:
**2. **Understand client ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel.
**3. **To analyze, create, and resolve issue faced by clients.
**4. **Update our internal databases with information on technical issues, collect feedbacks & present report.
**5. **Ensure all SLA are met accordingly.
**6. **Follow up with client to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
**7. **Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service following the processes.
**8. **Any other ad-hoc tasks when assigned from time to time.

**What are we looking**:
**2. **Fluent in English & Mandarin (verbal and written).
**3. **Comfortable working with computers and multiple system.
**4. **With customer service experience
**5. **Able to start work immediately.
**6**. Able to work on shifts in future (no midnight shift)
