**Responsibilities**:
- Responsibilities:
- 1. Assist to check all documents related to SPA & any associated paperwork.
- 2. Assist to check & monitor SPA signing & tracking with customers & solicitors.
- 3. Assist to monitor loan approval & tracking with customers, agents & bankers.
- 4. Assist / responsible in the preparation of marketing documentation / report such as marketing proposal, pricing strategies, etc.
- 5. Assist to record daily sales movement & other related sales administrative functions.
- 6. May required to duty on Property road shows, exhibition & sales gallery when needed.
- Accountabilities:
- 1. Ensure good coordination with Manager and Team Members.
- 2. Ensure on-time completion and delivery of assignments with regular feedback to Immediate Superior.
