**Job Descriptions**:

- Lead and inspire team members by providing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive KOL marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives via multiple channels including Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with KOL and act as the primary liaison between the brand and KOLs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of influencer marketing, from identifying suitable KOLs/Influencers to presenting creative briefs and reviewing performance.
- Coordinate the creation of content briefs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and KOL preferences.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of KOL marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
- Provide key recommendations to explore innovative ways of reaching customers and driving sales traffic.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 year of proven work experience in Brand Marketing, KOL/Influencer Specialist, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in marketing acquisition, content promotion, and influencer marketing
- Preferred experience in promoting beauty brands or extensive knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Able to join as soon as possible.

**Salary**: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
