Greet and welcome students, faculty, staff, and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and provide accurate information about college programs and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient operations and provide backup support when required.
**Requirement**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a helpful attitude.
- Proficiency in using phone systems, computers, and standard office software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is beneficial.
- Familiarity with college operations and policies is a plus.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
