The number of our employees is constantly growing, as is the workload of the customer service team. Therefore, now we are looking for an extra employee to join our team in Kuala Terengganu.

**Most of the work will be related to**:

- processing requests and feedback from passengers and drivers after trips (live chat, outbound calls, face-to-face);
- tracking the quality of the provided service and handling objections.
- participation in promotional campaigns to spread the brand awareness in the city;
- approaching potential business partners of the company with propose of extensive and fruitful cooperation;
- work with promoters, helping in organization of their work.

**Requirements**:

- Strong command of English language;
- **Background in Customer Service or Sales/Promotion is preferred**;
- Positive attitude, highly developed communication and networking skills (ability to make right connection with customers and obtain high-quality leads);
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage the time accordingly;
- Critical thinking / problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
