Position - Customer Service - Call Center - Inbound Calls

Working Location -Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
- 15 minutes walking distance from/to Kerinchi LRT station.

Working hours - Rotation shifts, Monday - Sunday, 5 working days & 2 off days

Basic Salary - From 2,300- RM 2,500- Based on relevant working experience.

Fixed Monthly Attendance Allowance - RM200

**Responsibilities**:
An inbound customer service agent plays a significant role in building a brand's reputation.

Primarily handle inquiries from both sellers and buyers (existing customers )

CS Agents are expected to provide first contact resolution per standard operating procedures.

Your responsibilities include responding to phone calls from customers to help meet their needs and inquiries.

You are expected to answer questions through phone calls, handle complaints, resolve issues, process orders, and work with customers to resolve inquiries, provide directions, and address potential problems.

To communicate effectively and accurately when communicating with users

Job Requirement:
We welcome fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills to apply.

SPM holders with customer service experience are welcome to apply.

Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written are mandatory.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment.

Fast learner and able to adapt to changes

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

A great team player.

Willing to work on rotation shifts ( Monday
- Sunday, at the moment no night shifts )

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
