As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will drive Deskeras future growth by building relationships with prospects, winning new customers, and delighting our current clients. We are looking for a sales professional who can engage in consultative business and technical conversations with all levels of an organization and has experience working with start-ups/SMBs.**Job Responsibilities**

- Successfully negotiate and sell Deskera products to customers
- Individually contribute in end-to-end sales closing role
- Cultivate, build and maintain strong client relationships
- Demonstrate features of Deskera product to potential customers Create and prepare performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends through the CRM system
- Monitor and execute against sales pipeline
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products
- Understand the Deskera suite of products and build relationships with technical and non-technical decision-makers
**Desired Skills**

- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology company
- Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency
- Track record of consistent achievement of sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to prospect and generate new leads via multiple channels
- Should be able to communicate in Bahasa Mandarin/ Bahasa Melayu
- Should have working visa/ Permanent residence/ Citizenship of Malaysia
**Staff Benefits**
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6 pm
- Annual Leave: 14 days (1- 5 years of services) / 16 days (5 - 10 years of service) / 18 days (10 years and above)
- Medical Leaves: 14 days
- Hospitalization Leaves: 60 days (inclusive of 14 days of medical leaves)
- Maternity Leaves: 60 days (under observation by Employment Act in Malaysia)
- Paternity Leaves: 3 days (after confirmation)
