**Task & Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the direct day-to-day operations and customer service activities, giving support of internal/ external clients. Interacts with other collaborators and suppliers, solving customers ́ problems.
- Update and maintain database in Control Management System (CMS)
- Key in and update following day or week schedule into CMS on daily basis
- Monitor trips arrive on time with ‘LIVE’ vehicle tracking:
- Call driver to verify location and estimate time arrival & Update and send notification via CMS to inform passengers.
- Liaise with operation executives on drivers’ schedule
- Liaise with Group IT if face issue and improve CMS
- Liaise with drivers on traffic conditions and update customer by WhatsApp
- group chat or CMS notification.
- Create PIN on customer’s request in CMS and response to customer
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly report to respective clients.
**Requirements**:
- Min SPM (equivalent to Singapore ‘O’ level)
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Offices (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Written and Spoken English and Mandarin
- Ability to multi-tasking and good team player
- Self-motivated and able to work very independently
- This is a work-shift
