**Job description**

1. Manage work teams in ways that consider the differences in cultures, practices and preferences in a work context

2. Deploy a range of data mining tools and analytical techniques to create management information, business insights, and projections for HR and manpower planning purposes

3. Manage relationships with people and communicate with impact and empathy so as to carry out the functional role of HR effectively

4. Deliver effective HR services in a cost-efficient manner through an optimal and customer-centric service delivery operating model

**JOB REQUIREMENT**

1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with more than 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources & Admin

2. Experience in project management & collaborating with regional/global team

3. Working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, & HRIS software.

4. Strong written and verbal communications skills in both English and Chinese

5. Preferably having worked in health care, water or construction industry

6. Good sense of corporate structure and governance

5. Integrate Skills Frameworks in the development of talent attraction initiatives

6. Manage team operations and performance

7. Comply with employment laws and regulations that would impact the business and employees of the organization

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Human Resources: 8 years (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 8 years (preferred)
