**Job Summary**
- Responsible in general administration functions to ensure the daily operations are effectively run and are in compliance with the relevant policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle, maintain & keep track of foreign workers permit renewal, passport, FOMEMA.
- Liaise with government authority for foreign workers related issues.
- Support hostel management and administration of foreign workers.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.

**Job Qualification**
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
