**業務内容：**

**予約アシスタンス：**
- 電話とメールでの予約前および予約後の問い合わせを処理します。
- 既存の予約を変更、キャンセルします。
- ゲストとホテルの間で特別リクエストを調整し、クレームを解決します。

**コミュニケーション：**
- 日本語（JLPT N2または同等）と英語の両方で優れたカスタマーサービスを提供します。
- 旅行者のニーズを理解し、適切なソリューションを提供するための意義のある対話を行います。

**問題解決：**
- 予約に関連する問題を迅速に調査し、解決します。
- スムーズな旅行体験を確保するために社内チームと協力します。

**製品知識：**
- 旅行先、フライトオプション、宿泊施設の詳細を理解します。
- 旅行ポリシー、ビザ要件、安全ガイドラインについて旅行者に教育します。

**文化的感受性：**
- 個別のサポートを提供するために文化的ニュアンスを理解します。
- 旅行者の好みの多様性を認識し、適応します。

**文書作成：**
- 顧客との対話の正確な記録を保持します。
- 関連情報をデータベースに更新します。

**ソーシャルメディアの活用：**
- 旅行に関連するクエリをソーシャルメディアプラットフォームでモニターします。
- コメントやメッセージに迅速かつプロフェッショナルに対応します

Position Title: Travel Customer Service Representative (Native Japanese Speaker)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Our mission is to connect travelers with their dream destinations, and as a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless travel experiences.

Role Summary: As a Native Japanese-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice that assists travelers throughout their journey. Your language proficiency, attention to detail, and passion for travel will enhance our customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:
Booking Assistance:
Modify, change, or cancel existing reservations.

Act as a liaison between guests and hotels to arrange special requests and resolve complaints.

Communication:
Provide exceptional customer service in both Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) and English.

Engage in meaningful conversations, understanding travelers’ needs, and tailoring solutions.

Problem Solving:
Investigate and resolve booking-related issues promptly.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Product Knowledge:
Familiarize yourself with travel destinations, flight options, and accommodation details.

Educate travelers on travel policies, visa requirements, and safety guidelines.

Cultural Sensitivity:
Understand cultural nuances to provide personalized assistance.

Appreciate the diversity of travelers’ preferences and adapt accordingly.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Update databases with relevant information.

Social Media Engagement:
Monitor social media platforms for travel-related queries.

Respond promptly and professionally to comments and messages.

Qualifications:
Native proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written).

Excellent communication skills in English.

Passion for travel and understanding of different cultures.

Previous customer service experience is advantageous.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
