**Deskripsi Kerja**:

- Menyusun temujanji pergigian untuk pelanggan mengikut kesesuaian waktu doktor dan pelanggan.
- Membalas semua pertanyaan pelanggan di dalam semua medium termasuk panggilan telefon, Whatsapp, media sosial mengikut ketetapan masa dan secara lengkap.
- Menyediakan laporan temujanji harian untuk memastikan perancangan dan kelancaran operasi untuk doktor dan pembantu pergigian.
- Mendapatkan maklum balas pelanggan untuk rawatan lepas dan memastikan makum balas termasuk cadangan dan aduan direkod untuk tindakan seterusnya.
- Menguruskan jadual bekerja doktor termasuk pengurusan jadual doktor lokum.
- Mengendalikan aktiviti “Customer Retention” dengan menghubungi pelanggan lama untuk menetapkan pemeriksaan pergigian tahunan dan berkongsi promosi dan pakej-pakej baru.
- Mengemas kini laporan harian untuk merekod jumlah pelanggan, prestasi jualan doktor dan data pemasaran untuk tujuan analisis.

**Kriteria & Kelayakan**:

- Minimum satu tahun pengalaman dalam perkhidmatan dan bantuan pelanggan, juruwang, telemarketing atau bidang berkaitan.
- Mempunyai kelayakan minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
- Mampu bekerja selama 6 hari seminggu.
- Mempunyai minat dalam perkhidmatan pelanggan dan komunikasi.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
