**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads and assess customer needs to provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately and efficiently enter customer data and sales orders into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other sales team members, marketing, and product development teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Requirements**:
- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role in distributor for security solution and supporting partner.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales-related tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and mindset.
