Apac - Business Development Representative (Bdr)

**Summary**:
The Business Development Representative (BDR), APAC, is responsible for the proactive follow up and qualification of all inbound marketing generated sales leads in APAC markets. The BDR owns the lead management process entirely from the point of lead creation through conversion to sales opportunity and assigning the opportunity to sales with all relevant intelligence. The BDR will also handle project-specific outbound lead generation. To be successful in this position requires someone that is self-driven, independent, a great hunter for new opportunities with an ability to understand customer needs. The position also requires a strong internal and external relationship builder and someone fluent in the use of CRM solutions, specifically Salesforce.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for Inbound lead management, qualification, and tracking in the APAC markets.
- Professionally cultivate target prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move prospects from a lead stage to a sales-ready opportunity.
- Work proactively with Sales to handover opportunities and track/review progress with a focus on growing the pipeline and meeting regional revenue goals.
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to continually improve lead management process and outcomes.
- Work with Director of Marketing and sales teams to gain knowledge of the customer interaction and sales process.
- Conduct web research to build intelligence on lead / prospects and identify target accounts / contacts (able to execute effective account exploration and mining tactics).
- Meticulously maintain and manage all lead related information in Salesforce CRM and Outreach, ensuring all communication activities are documented and information is up to date and accurate.
- Provide Salesforce support for Business Development activities in APAC, specifically the creation and maintenance of heatmap accounts, leads and sales opportunities in Salesforce associated with Microsoft co-sell, Zoom and other partners.
- Other duties may be assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years’ experience with B2B lead generation development / telemarketing experience / inside sales, ideally in a technology sector such as Telecom, IT, Software, Unified Communications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to discuss and understand business challenges/priorities and relate them to technology solutions.
- Familiarity with leading marketing automation / CRM solutions a significant advantage, specifically Outreach and Salesforce.
- Self-starter, motivated and able to work productively from home / remote.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an inherent ability to manage multiple parallel processes and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Outgoing personality with ability to reach prospects and create compelling conversations with decision makers.
- Ability to stay focused and current on appropriate issues, products and services throughout AudioCodes, and have the ability to meet the challenges of a dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of social media tools and vehicles, especially LinkedIn.
- Possess a strong desire to succeed - be tenacious, persistent and goal oriented.
- Results-oriented individual who can work in a team environment, as well as make independent decisions.
- Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge including Microsoft Office products.
- Language skills - fluent English essential (native speaker). Preferably knows addition 1 or 2 APAC language’s.
