Ops Admin/ Customer Service

**Location**:Lot 558A, Jalan Subang 3, Sungai Penaga Industrial Park, 47610 Subang Jaya, Selangor
**Responsibilities**:
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint: determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Issue Invoice / DO Based on Customer Order
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and customer needs
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and messaging
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Advise on company information
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
- Place or cancel orders
- Handle product recalls
- Handle changes in policies or renewals
**Job Requirements**:
- Customer Service: 1 years (preferred)
- Demonstrate basic understanding of distribution centers, distribution and transport
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English & Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision & able to work in a team
- Positive attitude, hardworking, trustworthy, mature and always maintain confidentiality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
