HR & Admin Assistant

Prepare full spectrum of Non-Executive level monthly payroll, including payroll calculation, allowance, OT claims, claims etc and keep record all employee personal details and payroll records.
- Responsible for Recruitment and Selection for Non-Exec level to ensure sufficient on-time fulfillment of manpower requirement.
- Formulate & implement HR Policies & Procedures. E.g Induction Program, confirmation, transfer, resign handling etc.
- Implement best practices that will upkeep work discipline and team spirit in the company.
- Responsible for Food Safety System implementation (e.g HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL). Experienced in Food industry would be added advantage.
- Monitor cleaner & guard jobs.
- Foreign worker management including permit renewal and hostel management.
- Administration of caterer order, insurance, panel doctor, medical check up, company receiving letter & billing distribution & record, attend to audit, follow up audit finding, update insurance name list & claim, & others administration request.
- Arrange for company despatch & driver schedule and transport schedule.
