- Handle large volume of calls i.e. follow up with hiring leads
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Support the team with documentation and analysis of information
- Support ad-hoc analysis / tasks as needed
- Mini HR/Mini Recruiter
- Support business operations - ensure enough manpower
- Post job ads, screening, manage onboarding, dealing with recruitment agency
- Create whatsapp group with resources, main PIC
- Prepare onboarding docs, maintaining hiring process, documentation
- Call up IDs that have been created but haven't turned up for work
- Support the team with OPS ID creation, especially for peak season / weekends
- **Requirement**:_
- Experience working in a call center role
- Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills (preferably in BM)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,300.00 per month
