**The Role**:
GaiGai is seeking an energetic and passionate Customer Success Associate to join our offline dating team As Customer Success Associate, you will get to meet new people and help singles seek their love life. You will play a critical role in coordinating the onboarding process for our customers and ensure successful adoption of our product offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for driving customer adoption by introducing our services to suitable members.
- Conduct interview sessions with potential customers and respond to their questions and requests through web-based tools, as well as phone calls.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams (sales, customer success, support teams, etc) to gather info needed to generate leads through partnership campaigns as well as successfully onboarding clients into the database.
- Create, update and maintain client’s databases with complete information.
- Refer customers’ needs or inquiries to appropriate departments such as sales, marketing, administrative or other relevant departments.
- Achieve monthly KPIs, goals and objectives.
- Responsible for development and implementation of other activities within the department.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties wherever necessary.

**Requirement**s**:
You are someone based in Malaysia, preferably Kuala Lumpur who is meticulous and fun-loving. You love the idea of bringing singles together and feel a great sense of achievement when meaningful relationships are formed. Finally, you are also someone who constantly strives to achieve your goals and is highly proactive in getting tasks done.
- Bachelor’s degree from courses related to Marketing, Communications or Customer Service.
- At least 1 year of working experience in client-facing roles.
- Self-starter with an excellent work ethic and a desire to learn.
- High attention to detail and organization skills in order to operate efficiently across multiple tasks at once.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various teams with varying backgrounds and skill sets.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, respond to customer needs quickly and effectively, adapts to change, and is comfortable with high levels of ambiguity.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking clients.
