We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, highly efficient and detail-oriented. Someone who is used to fast pace working culture, and able to converse in mandarin will be an added advantage because this position is required to deal with Chinese customers.

主要任务:

- 通过电话和短信为每位客户提供良好的产品信息
- 提供优质的客户服务，及时有效的处理订单和服务支持
- 安排送货
- 维护客户数据和数据输入
- 支持营销团队的相关沟通和推广活动等
- 跟进和处理产品相关事务
- 提供数据，月度报告和临时报告给管理层
- 在需要时执行其他的任务和职责以满足业务需求

The main tasks include but not limited to providing product info to our customers, to arrange delivery orders, to follow up and manage stock related matters, to support marketing and sales department in promotional activities.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
