Attend customers' product inquiries and issues, provide solutions and alternatives and following up to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide assistance.
- Manage and execute daily operations of customer service counter.
- Liaise with relevant department to handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to the customers.
- Responsible in handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks and other related duties when required.
- 处理客户查询和疑问，即时给予解决方案。
- 接待门市客户。
- 办理日常客服运作。
- 与有关部门保持良好的沟通与合作。
- 回复线上邮件和接听电话。
- 配合相关工作安排。

**Job Requirement(s)**:

- Diploma / Degree in any field
- 1-2 years related working experiences will be added advantage.
- Good command of language in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and pleasant personality.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
