DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledging customer’s feedback and and resolving customer’s complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- To ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Feedback / comments relating to wellness packages content and pricing and able to match appropriate wellness packages to client’s requirements.
- To support hospital promotion and event planning.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned and to undertake ad-hoc and special project as assigned by the Superior and Management.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Certificate/Diploma in Marketing or any related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Matured and pleasant personality
- Customer oriented, dedicated & meticulous in work
- With or without experience will be considered
- Can work independently with mínimal supervision
