**Job Title: Admin Executive**

**Job Summary**:
As an Admin Executive in our security guard company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the management team. This position requires a strong understanding of immigration procedures related to security guards and the ability to liaise with the Ministry of Home Affairs. The Admin Executive will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing documentation, and facilitating communication with relevant government agencies.

**Responsibilities**:
**Immigration Procedures**:Stay updated on immigration procedures related to the employment and deployment of security guards.
Coordinate with relevant authorities, including the Ministry of Home Affairs, to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.

**Document Management**:Maintain accurate and organized records related to security guard deployment, immigration documentation, and employee records.
Prepare and submit required documents to regulatory bodies.

**Liaison with Government Agencies**:Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government agencies, particularly the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Facilitate communication and cooperation to address regulatory requirements.

**Administration**:Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including office management, supplies procurement, and facilities coordination.
Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

**Compliance**:Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.

**Coordination with HR**:Collaborate with the HR department to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for security guards.
Assist in the management of employee records and documentation.

**Training and Development Support**:Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs for security guards, including compliance with training-related immigration requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the security industry.
- Knowledge of immigration procedures and regulations related to security guard deployment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for document management.

**Salary**: RM1,698.33 - RM4,023.12 per month
