**What’s the job?**

Provide a variety of secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager and assist in completing, follow-up and/or coordinating activities to ensure department objectives are achieved. Maintain departmental paperwork, files and reports. Duties also include but not limited to providing administrative support to all matters related to Brand Standards and Audit and any other duties as may be assigned by the General Manager.

**What we need from you?**
- Preferably with 2 years' administrative experience as secretary or administrator
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- **Good computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)**:

- **Able to communicate well in spoken and written English**:

- **Able to work independently and maintain high level of confidentiality**:

- Strong organizational and work coordinating skills to handle multiple assignments
- Open to Malaysians only
- **Must include latest resume with recent photograph and details of expected salary**
