Internship - Customer Service

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding vehicle features,
maintenance, warranties, and service appointments.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Identify and escalate priority issues and trends to appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist with customer feedback collection and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and service history
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
