Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide support onto company's operations to ensure it's consistent with the company's philosophy, mission, and goals.
  • Maintain an effective inventory system for and monitor office supplies, materials, and equipment, as well as the purchasing of the items following company's procedures and regulations.
  • Develop and carry out official documentation and filling system.
  • Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the centre, as well as the safety of working condition and functionality of equipment needed to carry out job functions and responsibilities.
  • Analyze and evaluate costs and expense budget for centre operations within approved budget.
  • Communicate with the management about needs, successes and general operations of the centre.
  • Support other departments in administrative tasks if required.
  • Perform administrative tasks and daily operations related tasks.
  • Handle front desk administrative tasks, such as responding to customer enquiries, class arrangements, and any other related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a certificate/ diploma/ degree in relevant fields (if without experience)
  • Able to communicate well in English and is computer literate
  • Positive, energetic and teamplayer
  • Possess professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service will be an added advantage
  • Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
  • Training will be provided
  • Work hours: Wednesday
  • Sunday (9.30am pm)
  • Work location: KL Eco City, KL
