**Job Description**:
**Get to know our Team**:
- The Driver Acquisition team is responsible to ensure a sustainable supply of drivers and delivery partners in the market to support Grab's main core business.
- We do this by reaching out to various of channels and strategies to achieve the desired supply target.
- We also conduct campaigns and having mobile sales team to approach target partners in the market.
**Get to know the Role**:
- We are looking for a Strategic Partner Acquisition Manager to lead acquisition sales team, oversee onboarding process, execute acquisition strategies and coordinate with internal stakeholders to work towards common goals and target.
- To do this role well, you should possess creative sales strategies, critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, good communication and leadership skills.
**Your responsibilities include**:
- Lead the overall strategic planning, coordination, monitoring and control of all acquisition activities and projects;
- Responsible to conduct effective acquisition strategies, processes, and procedures
- Communicate operations priorities, reports, and updates to all key stakeholders
- Collaborate with business stakeholders such as strategic, marketing, customer support, driver engagement and retention teams to ensure working towards the same directions
- Be responsible for tracking and managing work delivery against Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) set for the team
- Provide data analysis and report of the outcomes of campaigns and any sales strategies
- Develop internal process improvement and support initiatives to increase supply operations function
- Present proposals and results, and provide regular progress updates to management
- Ensure that acquisition staff are clear on their KPIs and follow the required policies and procedures
- Manage and execute other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
**The day-to-day activities**:
- Setting up a sales team and structure incentive accordingly
- Create and build a strong network among the drivers and delivery partners community
- Conduct strategic sales programs or initiatives to ensure consistently achieve targeted supply of drivers and delivery partners
- Track and measure acquisition performance such as number of leads and funnel performance by segment or channel, cost per acquisition and average time to complete a sign up
- Manage operations, onboarding systems, facilities and oversee processes for drivers or delivery partners registration and training
- Identify and improve process inefficiencies within acquisition operations
- Develop and manage tools to track acquisition operations, budget and standardized reports
- Review reports, ensuring accuracy of content, and taking corrective actions if necessary
- Work with regional Product Team to prioritize and push for required product or process improvements and features
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills to develop reports and identify issues that may arise
**The must haves**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related course
- Strong background with at least 3 years of experience in Sales related post
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Highly entrepreneurial, executional, and agile
- Self-standing with strong drive for excellence and has a growth mindset
- Excellent Communication skills and preparation of presentation materials
- Highly Analytical, insightful, and keen to details
- Good in Microsoft and Google Workplace skills
- Results oriented, self-motivated with high level of initiative and confident to engage customers or partners
