- **Scheduling and calendar management**: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel for their superiors.
- **Administrative support**:Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- **Document management**: Creating, formatting, and editing documents. Filing and organizing physical and digital files. Maintain accurate databases and records.
- **Travel arrangements**: Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members.
- **Office management**: Ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining the office environment.
- **Organize and attend meetings**, taking minutes and ensuring action items are followed up on.
- Process invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
- **Research and data entry**: Conducting research to support projects. Entering data into spreadsheets and databases.
- **Other duties**: Performing a variety of other tasks as assigned, such as greeting visitors, taking dictation, and preparing presentations.
