- **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**|** **About the role**

Our Renewals Specialists play a fundamental role in providing renewal quotes and associated support to our current customer base.

**As the Renewals Specialist, you will**:

- Provide qualified renewals opportunities and renewals support to the Australian sales team.
- Analyse customer requirements and action all quotes requests to meet the SLA.
- Work with existing customers to maintain a high renewal close rate and team quota
- Meet monthly KPIs set for the renewals team and roles.
- Follow all processes and procedures relevant to the role.
- Engage with other departments to ensure customer requirements are managed effectively.
- Use systems and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**|** **About you**

**The ideal Renewals Specialist**:

- Experience in customer service and process focused roles
- Possess high level attention to detail
- Ability to manage high volume workload and thrive in a fast paced service environment
- Customer focused with a passion for exceptional customer service
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and possess good time management skills
- Able to track information accurately and have a strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently as required.
- Possess high level written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in use of computer systems and associated software
