**Job Description**:
**What Robert Bosch is looking for**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management or a related disciplines.
- At least of 5 years’ experience in foreign worker hiring and overall management within manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of team leadership and project management and planning.
- In-depth knowledge of foreign worker hiring regulations, governance and processes in Malaysia.
- Well versed with all the regulations related to foreign workers hiring and management e.g. International Labor Organization (ILO) standards, Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), Conformity Assessment for Approval **(**ZRC), Immigration Laws and all related standards and legislations.
- Proactive, results and customer oriented, high focus on process efficiencies and adaptable to Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity (VUCA) environments.
- Possess strong leadership, interpersonal skills as well as problem solving and analytical abilities.

- Set-up, Lead and manage Foreign Worker Solution Services Team including recruiting, coordination, and administration, to ensure a smooth and effective end to end hiring process.
- Develop and implement standardized procedures and best practices for the foreign worker hiring process which includes recruitment, onboarding, and also foreign worker lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with plant managers, HR departments, and relevant stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate closely with different agencies such as Immigration, labour department, Medical organizations, source country agents to ensure timely hires.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and ethical recruitment standards are adhered to at all stages of end-to-end foreign worker hiring and management.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as time-to-hire, retention rates, and cost effectiveness.
- Train and mentor team members ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and legal consultants, as and when needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our hiring processes and services.
- Handle escalated issues or challenges related to foreign worker management and seek solutions to resolve them promptly.
