・Dealing with labor union relations
・Conduct negotiations with labor unions.
・Primary responsibility for employee relations, labor relations and administration of employee engagement in accordance with the organization’s mission, values, and goals.
・Maintain satisfactory labor-management relations through a variety of techniques such as quarterly meeting.
・Develop and maintain company policies and procedures, including Employee Handbook.
・Develop and support management/employee consultation processes.
・Manage pay and benefits.
・Ensuring highest standards of payroll administration.
・To provide end-to-end administration service for all employment matters.
・Monitor end-to-end recruitment process.
・Provide an HR service of advice and training to managers and employees.
・Advise and support managers with employee relations issues handling performance management, disciplinary, grievance, and redundancy.
・To monitoring and reporting for all relevant Safety & Health issues.
・Evaluates, or reviews performance evaluation of, all department employees.
・Effectively recommend hiring, promotion, termination, disciplinary and commentary actions of all assigned personnel.
・Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
・Handling / manage any related issue with government bodies, such as Labor Office, and other agencies.
・To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned by the superior within the defined scope as above and competencies.

**Requirements**:
・ Master / Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Human Resources/ Business Administration/ Studies/ Management or equivalent.
・Minimum 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (HR).
・Minimum 3 years of working experience in Manager or Assistant Manager experience.
・Experience in dealing with labor union relations.
・Knowledge of HR related federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
・In-depth knowledge of Labour Law and HR best practices.
・Knowledge of EMPLOYMENT ACT 1955
・Knowledge of TRADE UNION ACT 1959
