Maintain regular communication and cultivate strong relationships with existing company partners to ensure mutual understanding and appreciation.
- Conduct thorough market research and outreach to identify potential strategic partnerships aligned with company goals. Negotiating mutually beneficial agreements to drive growth.
- Develop engaging marketing content tailored to target audiences, utilizing technology and automation tools to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Foster collaboration and coordination across departments through regular meetings and project management and ensuring seamless execution of corporate initiatives.
- Contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and collaborating with the Creative team to meet market demand and operational needs.
- Assess marketing material needs for Creative Factory outlets and regional expansion. Working with design teams to create visually appealing and informative collaterals.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales departments to develop integrated promotional campaigns and analyzing data to optimize strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities for global expansion through strategic partnerships, market research and leveraging existing networks to establish a presence in new markets.
- Manage public relations efforts to maintain a positive brand image and reputation. Effectively communicating company values and initiatives to the public and media.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2C and B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation and relationship building.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess or actively build a network of contacts and decision-makers within the target verticals.
- Proven track record of working in or with high-growth industries.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
