To be responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions which encompass but not limited to compensation & benefits, Industrial Relations (IR), training & development, performance management, employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, maintaining employee record and general office administration support:

- **Recruitment**: To handle overall recruitment process which includes shortlisting, conducting background checks, arranging for interviews and preparing employment documents. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
- **Orientation**: Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- **Training & Development**: To coordinate and monitor training & development programmes, or employee relations activities of an organization.
- **Administration**: To manage day-to-day administration process and tasks.
- To be responsible for IR related matter including counselling and managing employee related matter in compliance to labour law.
- Perform on arranging staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, and administering disciplinary procedures.
- To ensure that overall HR and administration activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in a timely manner.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ relevant working experience in Human Resource field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, experience in mediation and resolving conflict.
- High result achievers who are meticulous, independent and resourceful.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skill.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
