Responsible for coordinating and implementing all strategic,commercial and operational business activities.
- Develop business strategies and plans for short and mid term growth of the customer account
- Coordinate,plan and escalte if needed for on time delivery for customer orders.
- Align and communicate production lead times for FA projects and mass pro orders with customer.
- Identify new potential customer projects and work with Kemikon teams to ensure that we can meet all technical ,commercial and operational requirements to suceed in such projects.
- Negotiate price changes for customers.
- Lead point of contact for any customer Q&A and complaints within the Company.
- Represent Company for customer meeting and business review.
- Build & maintain long lasting customer relationships through regular communication/visit.

Work Experience
- At least 5 years proven track record within a demanding techincal Sales environment
- Preferred knowledge in the Metal fabrication and Contract Manufacturing Industry.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Preferred Diploma/Degree preferably in Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.
- Team player who can collaborate well within the Company.
- Excellent analytical,problem solving and conflict management skills
