Customer Service Coordinator

Nilai, Malaysia CTI Logistics Sdn Bhd Full time

1. Finding carriers for special cargo/shipment.

2. Place bookings with liner.

3. Monitor shipment from booking until cargo arrive at destination.

4. Issue bill of lading.

5. Get invoice from shipping line and other vendor for payment arrangement.

6. Filing job files.

7. Make calls to follow up next orders from shippers/suppliers.

8. Working together with freight forwarding agent for custom clearance and delivery/pick-up required.

9. Follow up with overseas agent to get cargo update until clearance to consignee.

10. Follow up cash term payment from customer.

11. Sending pre-alerts documents to overseas agent, courier documents to customers.

12. Import jobs - request NOA, send correction manifest, liaise with shipper and forwarding agent and transporter for clearance until cargo deliver.
