**Important: This position to be based at one of MMC's subsidiaries located at Jalan Pahang, Kuala Lumpur.**
Job Purpose
- Lead and manage the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including **talent acquisition, learning and development, succession management, payroll management, hr operations and enforcing company policies and practices.**:
- The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the key objectives are achieved. The incumbent will liaise with Group Human Resource from Head Office to ensure the HR practices are aligned and updated.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or any other related fields from a recognized university.
- Experience has HRBP will be an added advantage.
- At least seven (7) years’ experience in Human Resources, of which three (3) years should be in a similar role within a large organization.
- Substantial experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Payroll Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development and Employee Engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
