**Customer Experience Executive | Malaysia**

**What you'll be doing**:

- Be a friendly first point of contact to handle and resolve members’ queries.
- Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customise prepared responses to members’ situations.
- Working on-site for the events or the comfiness of your own home/office.
- Able to work on shift basis**We want you to have**:

- Fluent communication skills in English and (optional Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin are encouraged)
- A passion for change and a strong drive for outcomes
- Are open to new ideas and creativity
- Are willing to learn and grow in a fast-changing environment
- 1 -2 years of experience in CX (Fresh encouraged)
- Willing to relocate within the Klang Valley region
