_**Reports To**:_

Clinic Administrative Officer will report directly to the Director of Noahs Healthcare.
- **Job Overview**:_

Clinic Administrative Officer are the heart of the company. They are the back-end team members that involved in the high-level management to ensure the company’s stability & financial position are always at the peak. They need to be sharp & precise when it comes to data management & analysis.
- **Responsibilities and Duties**:_
- To perform reconciliation of each transactions-in & transactions-out of the company’s banks. These includes Panel, QR Pays, Credit/Debit Cards, Online Transfers & cash. (Daily-basis)
- To keep track of panel claim submissions done on previous working days. (Daily-basis)
- To communicate with Clinic Assistants/PIC of each panels regarding any mistakes in claim submissions. (Daily-basis)
- To submit the documents needed to financial servicer latest by 3rd of each month to ensure they are able to audit & prepare the P&L Statements and update company’s financial position accordingly. (Monthly-basis)
- To review each Procurement Forms submitted by Clinic Assistants before submitting the forms to the company’s director. (Weekly-basis)
- To organize & manage the hardcopy and softcopy of company’s documents in a specific manner. (Daily-basis)
- To remind the director for any payments due to suppliers/servicers that the company owed. This is to ensure the debts/creditors are managed properly & swiftly. (Weekly-basis)
- To prepare the duty-rosters of the operational staffs & submit to the director for approval. (Monthly-basis)
- To prepare salary calculations of all team members & submit to the director for further actions. (Monthly-basis)
- To perform counter-check for each invoices received from suppliers/labs/servicer. This is to ensure that all payments due are accounted for and true. (Monthly-basis)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (required)
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (required)
