**Summary of Portfolio**
Primarily performing the full spectrum of human resources function which include but not limited to staffing and onboarding, learning and development, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, employee engagement, policies and procedures management, proficient in Malaysian labour law/IR Act and any other related people management matter. Dealing with local authorities, NGOs, relevant associations, external consultants/vendors is part and parcel of the job scope. Actively participate in Company wide employees satisfaction undertaking such as Joint Council Committee (JCC) and social /recreation program like Employees Recreation Committee (ERC) is a must.
This position also called for the incumbent to support and assist associates in Asia Pacific region specifically China and interaction with global stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Possessed tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Experience in the field for at least 5 years preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Exposure in supporting others region, a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu (Malay) is given but ability to speak and write in Mandarin highly advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Window, Power point and presentation highly required.
- Matured, enthusiastic and people oriented individual seeking to showcase one’s talent.
- Team player and able to contribute idea for improvement.
- People management with lots of empathy and drive.
- Liaison between employee and management.
- Supportive and not calculative.
