Responsibilities:
Contractor Management: Oversee the engagement of subcontractors, freelance IT engineers, and other external partners. Maintain relationships with these entities to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to quality standards.

Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations relevant to hiring and employment in your region. Ensure that all recruitment and employment practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to recruitment, onboarding, and employment. Foster positive relationships between employees and the HR department.

Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and applicant conversion rates. Use these insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Human Resources

HR Experience: Prior experience in HR roles, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition, is essential. Familiarity with IT outsourcing or related industries is a plus.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges and optimize processes for efficiency.

Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including department managers, to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
