Quality Officer

**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
- Knowledge in HACCP, GMP or Halal will be an added advantage.
- Experience of working with a customer management system
- Having recent, relevant experience of QA or QC processes
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible in maintaining quality related documentation (product specification, packaging material specification and raw material specification)
- Perform quality inspection and sampling on in-coming and out-going goods
- Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
- Work closely with other departments to ensure quality specification are up to date.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Handle customer complaints
- Collect and compile statistical quality data
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
- Liaise closely with manufacturer on quality issue of products
