Trainer Quality Assurance

Job title: TQA
Reporting to: Trainer Manager
**Responsibilities**:
- Design effective training programs.
- Prepare training materials.
- Conduct training and refreshers.
- Support and mentor new employees.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor, analyze & train trainees’ performance and call out any unusual trends.
- Identify training needs by working with operations team and QA.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in discipline or equivalent diploma
- Additional customer service experience with a minimum 1 year training and Quality Assurance experience
- Fast learner and independent
- Minimum bi-lingual proficiency.
- Language proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
- Customer Service knowledge and/or experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer in the customer service industry.
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training.
- Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and PowerPoint); e-learning software will be an asset.
- Affluent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making abilities
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
