- 就部門事務向部門主管提供建議、指導和支援。
- 制定適當的薪酬和獎勵策略,以吸引和留住高素質員工,以滿足公司和人力資源的需求。
- 協調人力資源規劃以滿足需求並管理招募活動。
- 負責作為與人力資源職能相關的地方當局溝通的協調人。
- 為了 TDA 的利益,承擔管理階層和上司分配的人力資源相關任務。

- 監督日常辦公室運作並確保順利運作。
- 管理行政職能的預算編制和費用追蹤。
- 確保辦公室遵守健康與安全法規。
- 管理辦公用品、設備和設施。
