**Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Jobs**
- To plan for production schedule according to customer order requirements.
- To follow up with the store leader the output and progress of the production process.
- Prepare delivery order, and invoices
- Request payment detail from customer eg: payment voucher, payment advice, bank in slip
- Follow up with the order if necessary, coordinate with the production personnel on production scheduling, delivery date arrangement and communicate with customer frequently.
- Responsible for enquiry, coordinating shipments and to ensure on-time product deliveries.
- Sales support to the sales team for quotations and follow up with customers.
- Able to coordinator indoor sales enquire.
- Perform other administrative duties (documentation filing, handling incoming calls, company duties).
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Prepare a memo for production to arranged to rewind or slit.
- Key in new customer information or changed customer information in the system and check with an account.
- Confirm the price with a salesman for the customer.
- Prepare new or latest quotations for customer.
- Prepare a sample for the customer.
- Perform other related duties as required.

**Monthly Jobs**
- To prepare production output report and other report to be submitted for decision making.
- Back up month end report - print out - to filling.

**Salary**: From RM2,300.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Coordinator: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
