**About the Role**:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, while also providing excellent customer service. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing company in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and maintaining sales pipeline.
- Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Generate reports and track sales performance metrics.
- Assist with sales presentations and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate sales records and databases.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, production, and logistics.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum SPM or diploma in any field
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Experience in a sales or customer service role (a plus).
